William B. Overbay, Managing Partner
Bill has over 25 years of principal investing and corporate financial experience ranging from investment banking and venture-backed start-ups, to one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies. Prior to the founding of SRCP, Bill was a managing partner at the alternative investment arm of a family office where he originated and participated in the formation of multiple platform and stand-alone investments in the energy, agriculture and telecommunication verticals. Before that he worked in a range of Corporate Development roles identifying and executing domestic and cross-border transactions for some of the largest retail and commercial energy companies in the industry. Bill received his BA degree from Providence College, where he was a member of their NCAA ranked Division I track and cross-country team, and received his MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.
Michael Mikytuck, Managing Partner
Mike has over 30 years of investment and capital markets experience, the last 20 in leadership and Partner roles at firms including Bear Stearns and Benchmark Plus along with smaller and more entrepreneurially focused organizations. During his career he has held senior roles in management, marketing, sales and investor relations. Mike has also overseen the raising of over $6 billion of investment capital, has worked extensively with investors and investment Boards and was an early partner at several venture-backed firms, building one from start-up to a $250mil valuation in under four years. Mike received his BSC from Rider University and his MBA in Finance and International Business from the Stern School of Business at NYU.
Mark Wienberg, Managing Partner
Mark has over 25 years of senior leadership experience including roles as CFO, COO and Chief Development Officer. Prior to joining the partnership, Mark spent 15 years with Suburban Propane, a NYSE-listed $2 billion nationwide distributor of propane, fuel oil and related products and services. As COO, he oversaw all operational and sales functions across 41 states and over 3,000 employees. He also led or participated in over $2 billion of acquisitions, divestitures and reorganizations while spearheading integration and rationalization efforts and new growth initiatives. Prior to that, Mark spent 10 years with Reckitt Benckiser in increasingly responsible management roles including Division CFO, Finance for North America. Mark received his BBA in Accounting from Pace University and his MBA from Iona College.
